Kate Gosselin Wants Jon's Money, Files For Spousal & Child Support
Since Jon Gosselin drained their bank account, Kate Gosselin has a plan to get it back! The mother of eight has filed paperwork that's asking Jon for child support and temporary spousal support.
We understand the child support, but spousal support? What's Kate doing with all the money she's making off of "appearances"?
According to Kate's attorney Mark Momjian: "She needs relief in light of the draining of substantial marital assets in violation of the arbitrator's decision that the money should be used only for specific purposes".
Does she really need relief or is she just playing hardball with Jon?
The application for child and spousal support was entered last week around the same time Jon left Kate with only $1,000 to live off of.
No comment has been made by Team Douchebag Jon or his shady lawyer.
Yet.
There's still a few hours left in the day, we're sure one of them is bound to open their mouth.

In PA after all the bills and taxes are paid all physical property is split 50/50 unless an arrangement has been made if Jon wants to keep a car the value of that car is deducted from his share of the $$. Zilla is pretty much screwed $$ wise. If it comes out that she's been screwing the boodie guard, while she was married the judge has a say in the $$ situation.
If either of them emptied a joint bak account they may or may not have to return the money. If someone is hiding money then they are in the shit!!

According to the Today show’s interview, Kate said that the account that Jon drained was the only “liquid money” (cash) account that they used to pay bills with. So filing for support is a legal way for Kate to ensure that their bills get paid going forward while the money draining issue is being investigated. At least Kate is going the legal way…

Love it! She has a good attorney obviously. She didn't need child support 3 weeks ago, but since he cut off their ability to make money he should expect to help foot her bills. We know this guy doesn't want those kids full time or even the majority of the time. Even if she gets the go ahead on the show to resume he should still pay support if she is primary caregiver.
