The Hoff Hospitalized AGAIN!
We've lost count at this point!
According to The Sun, David Haselhoff was hospitalized after a 2-day drinking binge at St Martins Lane Hotel in London.
But, it wasn't just the drinking! It seems he is quite the handful when intoxicated!!
The Hoff's assistant called a doctor for medical attention and the star freaked out when the physician arrived. In a fit of rage directed at his employee, Dr. Paul Ettlinger was injured instead. He is said to have a bruised forehead from the accidental altercation!
We don't see how this is better! He was gonna hit his assistant?!
Fearing that the Hoff was out of control, the actor was confined to the basement until an ambulance arrived.
"David is very hard to handle when he drinks, often very emotional and aggressive," claims a source close to the star. "On this occasion he became so drunk he wet his hotel bed - ruining two mattresses - and was becoming a real pain for staff."
Ewwww!
Hasselhoff was taken to the Capio Nightingale Hospital, where he spent two nights in a private suite before being discharged on Thursday.
The guy obviously needs some serious help!
May we suggest being the subject of an Intervention episode?!

As a former, longtime booze hound myself, I doubt he is getting alcohol poisoning from a several day bender. His body is too accustomed to large amounts of alcohol. He is probably mixing his antabuse and alcohol, which make him sick as a freakin' dog and definitely land him in the hospital.

WOW. He REALLY needs help. Maybe no more jobs? That way he can't pay for booze anymore. His family must be horrified. Such a shame.

The thing people need to learn about addiction is the person who has the addiction is the one who has to want to get help and stop denying it. People cant want him sober for it to happen.

Alcoholism is a series problem that can be a heavy burden on a lot of peoples lives. I don't see the humor in this at all, and in fact, i think maybe you should use your status to raise awareness on this serious issue. How would you like it if that was your dad, Perez? Or your brother, best friend, or partner?
So sad. Alcoholism is such an evil addiction to have. My heat and prayers go out to him that he will be able to wake up one day, and be able to live life for himself, and not the bottle.

This guy is bad. He's at the turning point. If he is unable to find sobriety, many horrible fates are lined up, waiting for him. 1. Alcoholic Brain Disease (wet brain) 2. Liver disease 3. Accidents 4. Jails 5. Death He will soon be unable to work and at this stage is probably unable to safely care for himself. It's a shame, but not everyone CAN be rescued from this horrible disease.
