But we thought it was funny when we saw this clip of The Office co-workers working out a wedding dance similar to the one found on Youtube not too long ago.

They purposely copied the youtube clip. They said it on the episode. It was a joke on how played out it is.

Uhh as people said, they mentioned it on the show. So if you actually watched it, you wouldn't have the stupid title that they "ripped" it off. They purposely did it. If you don't like The Office, you had a horrible sense of humor, really.

I thought the wedding was disappointing! It felt more scripted and fake than I had hoped (it's supposed to have a real-life, documentary feel.) We didn't even hear the vows. It was just a bit music video of Jim and Pam.
I watched the office and it was so amazing!!! The last seaon and the beginning of this season weren't that good but this episode was amazing!!! Jim is so adorable and what he said at the rehearsal dinner was so cute i started crying!!! They were just having fun with the song because they said that Pam had said this song could NOT be played on her wedding day because it was used in the video. It was really cute!!!

one of the best episodes EVER. the clip was out of context. jim told the cameras that the boat was plan C. the church was plan B… but needed plac C bc he knew that when the youtube video came out they would probably need a back up plan. plan a was marrying pam when he met her. one of the sweetest tv weddings i've ever seen. i still tear up watching clips.
Perez, I know you have mentioned recently hiring other people to write for the site to give you some relief. Why do I feel like this change has already taken place? Your posts just aren't what they used to be. It's like a poor imitation of you, not as funny, not as witty, and over temperamental. If you have already made this change please undo it! I couldn't care less about your concerts, fashion line, etc. I liked you for what you were good at…blogging and calling out celebrities! they gave credit to the video on the office. and that was the point of the dance number. the office is one of the smartest shows on televsion right now. NOT GOING TO LIE, its not how it used to be. the eariler seasons were much better. but the wedding show was really sweet and funny and all the characters had a part so it was good. and the dance number was one of the funniest/ heartfelt moments on the whole series. I cried like a baby and the eposide when PAM finally gives birth is going to be another moment in the series. very excited for this season of the office.
Seinfeld is the best show ever created and like that show you perez also dont apprecite it, keep watching shit tv like the hills.

That is the joke- that their lame wedding party thought they would be funny….not thinking about the fact that it was maybe funny when the first people did it in real life. Typical Office staff hijinks. They think they are being "hip", Pam and Jim knew that their friends would think that would be funny and original when it is the antithesis of it.

the first half hour of the episode was some of the funniest stuff they ever did on that show in a while…the second half was just super funny. All around incredibly well written and directed episode, and honestly, if you didn't think it was IN THE LEAST, GOOD, than honestly your opinion really doesn't matter.

LOL, there's no way we watched the same show if that's the reaction you got. Some of the quick humor jokes in the first half of the show were so funny and quotable you have GOT to be kidding me if ur thinkin the shit is stale. And as for the characters? Totally unsure of what your talkin about there, either, considering they always do stand up work. Look, I'm not the biggest fan of the show but I'm also not stupid. When something is actually and undeniiably "good," just be the bigger person and admit it instead of always having to be that oppositional-defiant personality.
