TNT Does Dallas

ANOTHER remake?!
Yawn.
Warner Brothers is working on a remake of the series Dallas for sister cable network TNT that would focus on the new generation of the Ewing family.
Some of the original cast has even signed on to participate if the series gets made beyond the pilot.
Apparently the big screen adaptation by Twentieth Century Fox is also still in the works, slowly but surely.
Do U care about seeing Dallas remade on TV or at the movies?

Dallas was a great show in its day, as it had a huge fan base and following. I think maybe a newer, sexier version of Dallas could be interesting haha

Yeah! Bring it back with a new cast and plots for a new generation! Dallas is even bigger, bolder and wealthier (richest city in the South) than it was when its eponimous soap ruled the ratings in the 80s.

"Dallas" is my all-time favorite tv show… I'd hate to see them ruin it by trying to make a new one, it won't work, there will never be another J.R.

Dallas was the best show ever. I think a Dallas the Next generation would be awesome. Larry Hagman and Linda Gray taking over the patriarch and matriarch would rock. Definitely looking forward to it.
Screw Dallas, bring back Dynasty. Joan Collin, shoulder pads, mass amounts of hairspray and jewels.
