R.I.P.

Stephen Gately, member of the Irish boy band Boyzone, died while vacationing in Spain this weekend.

Although the cause of Gately's death is publicly unknown, the members of Boyzone have released a statement saying the singer "tragically died."

He was only 33.

So, so sad.

Our thoughts go out to Stephen's family and friends during this difficult time.

I still can't believe he's dead, I really can't.
I grew up with boyzone, they were one of my favourite bands back in the day and I always loves Stephen. I found out he was dead yesterday morning and honestly felt like crying. It sounds really cheesey but it's like part of my childhood is dead!

R.I.P Stephen.

such a loss. he was such a big part of anyone who grew up in the 90s in Ireland listening to Boyzone. He was also one of the first boyband singers to 'come out' as well and he did it with his head held high. RIP Stephen, you'll be truly missed xxx
