Jon And Kate Arbitration To Take Place Tuesday
Jon and Kate Gosselin are set to meet with an arbitrator tomorrow to figure out their whole financial mess!
Kate is requesting child and spousal support as well as the funds totaling $230,000 that Jon improperly withdrew from their joint account. As for Jon he wants Kate to fess up about the $100,000 she supposedly withdrew and where the money went exactly.
Finally the truth will come out!
As for the weekend, Jon spent time with the kids carving pumpkins at their Pennsylvania home. We told you earlier how creepy "Uncle" Michael Lohan stopped by for a visit. He says of Jon and his kids:
"I now see how close the children are to him. They are the most adorable kids and so friendly. Regardless of their situation, Jon and Kate raised eight wonderful children and they deserve a lot of credit."
Adorable, yes, but these kids are going to need LOADS of therapy after this messy divorce!

I hope the arbitrator tells both of them to stop talking to all press regardless of the situation. This should be settled through the Jugde, not the press. Besides…this poor judge just lost his wife to cancer and is grieving, which is why this was delayed. Can you believe this is what he has to come back to? I used to work in Family Court. If I were Jon, I'd watch my whining very carefully or this Judge is going to unleash a world of hurt on him! At least Kate has had the sense to be very controlled in her few dealings with the press. She is way smarter to keep a low profile and be quiet. Any Judge I ever worked with would reprimand Jon to death, find him in contempt and send him to a playpen! Well see…….
