Jon Goes To Court, Says Kate Took The Cash Too!
So much for 24 hours without them! Grrr!
In the latest of the Gosselin "he said, she said" debacles, Jon Gosselin is filing papers against estranged wife Kate Gosselin claiming that Kate has also improperly withdrawn money from their joint accounts.
Jon has admitted to taking funds from their joint accounts which Kate accused him of in papers that she has filed with the court, but now Jon is fighting back saying that she took more than $60,000 from the same account.
He also accuses Kate of having access to $1 million dollars and that her story about not having the cash to pay the bills was BS.
Furthermore Jon wants Kate to account for all money spent between June 22 and July 6 because she hasn't given him written permission to access their joint accounts online. He also is demanding to know how much she is paying her lawyers!
This is getting ridiculous now! Surely there must be bank records of withdrawals from each account and who made the withdrawal. Throw in credit card statements from each of them and this "puzzle" should be easily solved.
It really is all about the money with these two — at least they still have THAT in common!

They simply need an independent accountant to do an audit, and put a freeze on these accounts. Neither wants that to happen for some reason.

No, that money is sent directly from TLC into accounts that they were forced to set up for the children. That money is inaccessable, he is talking about regular accounts, i.e. Kate made money from her books and yet is saying she can't afford to buy food, so where did that money go?

Jon is going to really regret the mess he is making. He is ruining their careers and everything will be over for them. I predict that in about a year these two will be total has beens and be broke again!
They are going to have to unload the house to no buyers, their other one has been on the market forever and nobody wants it. I see short sales and house repos in their future. Every time you read a report about these two idiots the writers (esp. Perez) complain that they won't go away…yet the articles keep coming on a daily basis. I know this is an obvious statement but WHY THE HELL do people keep writing about them? Is it so hard to refrain from reporting about the Gosselins? Jon is spending the money just as soon as he gets it and Kate is hiding the money as soon as she gets it. Hopefully a judge will stop all this bull sh!t and freeze accounts until the divorce and custody battle is over. All 8 eight kids will receive the bulk of the money (due to there are 8 kids) and then Jon and Kate will get what is left and hopefully it will be very small (most of it eaten up by lawyers)so that their A$$es will go back to middle class.
