After the break-up with his girlfriend of 5 years Sarah Silverman earlier this year, Jimmy Kimmel has found love again - with an employee!!!
The late night host has been dating Molly McNearey, a longtime staffer on his show, for several months!
"After Jimmy and Sarah broke up, Molly and Jimmy both found themselves single, and they clicked," claims a source. "They're really happy together."
McNearey began as an assistant to the executive producer of Live! in July 2003, and 3 years later was promoted to the writing staff. She has held a co-head writer position since May 2008.
And although it may seem like a Letterman-esque foray, an insider insists that "during work hours, they keep things professional."
Of course, they do!
And we bet they don't shit where they eat either!

It's not a crime to date someone you work with. He isn't married or dating someone else. so what's the big deal??
Come ON, Perez! Jimmy Kimmel and Daivd Letterman? I don't care about who they get with. I am just really glad for them that they get with anyone. Neither one is exactly sending out a real sexy vibe! This is not even interesting.

I don't know much about this story. But proper work ettiquette suggests that a superior NOT date his "professional underling" as that causes a very unhealthy work environment. It's not about being a "victim" as Birkitt the whore is NOT a victim. It's about doling out favoritism to your office fuck (viz Birkitt's 200k paycheque as his personal whore…er I mean "assistant" and her paid for law school salary) and not to your other employees. Personally I think this should be illegal. If your office fuck is so important to you that you are "in love" with her….then one of you should quit.

Which came first the promotion or the affair? LOL It's not fair to the other women who work there but want to keep it professional. That's why workplace affairs are always frowned upon if its a boss and a subordinate.
Re: littlewitch – Um, I think you will change your mind when you end up working with someone who is sleeping with the boss. I have worked in situations where the boss was sleeping with a subordinate woman. Every single time, that woman was treated much better than anyone else and given benefits she should not have been given. When the relationships ended, there was chaos in the office because the two former lovers wouldn't deal with each other any more. It was also awkward wondering if the boss would hit on someone else.

I worked at a company where everyone was making a lot of money, but the twat making the most money was the stupidest person in the world, she had started as some sort of underling loser and what was worst was that she was the ugliest latin broad you have ever seen. yet she had her own bathroom and everything, it was really ridiculous. she finally got fired when the owner sold half of his business and they threw her out on her ass everyone knew and gossiped about how worthless she was. now she is practically a receptionist. LOL life has a way of working out .
The only similarity here is that both shacked up with co-workers - something plenty of people do. At least Jimmy isn't MARRIED!

Lots of people date staff where they work. There are some that can handle it, and some that can't. You have to know which one you are before you think about doing it.
