Saint Angelina Replaces Charlize Theron
It has been reported that Charlize Theron has given up her role in the new thriller The Tourist and is being replaced by none other than Angelina Jolie! No offense to Charlize, but this flick just kind of screams for Angie to be in it. The role is described as "one-part seductress, one-part action", which no one does better than Angie.
The movie is a remake of a French thriller and follows an Interpol agent (played by Angie) who manipulates an American tourist and former lover (played by Sam Worthington) who is suspected of being a global criminal.
Yeah, let Angelina take this one Charlize. You go do Hancock 2. You need to finish one crappy franchise before you can get another.

Theron won her Oscar for an amazing role. Jolie won it as a supporting actress in that nothing Wynnona Rider Movie, and that was before everybody realized that that offbeat tough sultry chik was the only role Jolie could play. Theron would have been better in this movie.

I suppose Angelina could portray this role in a movie, but in real life a female-presenting seductress usually needs a functional vagina. I have personally found it useful when I am trying to get information out of enemy agents. Now, perhaps you have been appealing to a different crowd, but for the love of all that is good and decent can the world not appreciate that Charlize Theron is one bi-zillion times better at anything she does than Angelina could ever hope to be. Don't worry Charlize, the movie will bomb. Wait for something more uplifting, like talking about the demise of humanity with Vigola.
