Glee Creator Responds To Thanksgiving Day Parade Snub

Filed under: Jay Leno > Glee

agleemacy__opt1.jpg

And we love it!

After the cast got the boot from NBC to appear in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade, Glee creator Ryan Murphy responded:

"I completely understand NBC's position, and look forward to seeing a Jay Leno float."

Ha! We told you much of Hollywood isn't feeling The Jay Leno Show!

Sources say that even though NBC has had performers from other network franchises in the parade before, such as American Idol and High School Musical, execs felt that featuring the entire cast of Glee would be too much promotion for the show.

Well, screw 'em!

There's plenty of us Gleeks to keep supporting the show!

Those NBC execs are complete idiots. Dropping Southland, BIG MISTAKE. I always liked Leno, but do not like that he has taken over 5 hours a week where there used to be good hour long dramas on. I guess NBC is scared by Glee, it's a great show. NBC I think your days are numbered, I don't even watch The Office or Community on your crappy network, I watch on Hulu. When I need to see SVU, I just watch USA. I hope all these shows all go to cable or another network like Medium did. NBC suck Marios dick.

Mario can you please post some news that isnt related to gays or the gay community or people supporting gays all the time…i support them too but not every post has to do something with a gay march or a gay supporter….

The March was badly organized and self serving….maybe that's why it's not on here…self promoting hypocrites need to man up like Barney!! He definately called it…

My Perezcious can totally relate to being snubbed by a parade. The Perezcious's feelings were hurt when organizers for this past weekend's march on Washington requested that he stay well away.

NBC is no doubt in trouble especially with Mercy and Trauma. As to Southland …if you watched it, ratings would have come, and then no cancellation, but folks did not embrace the show. The networks are not charities, it is all about the dollars over the art.
Perez does Fox pay you much to suck the dick of this third place for it's night /hour in the ratings, show.
