Speaking Of R-Patz….
British actor, Charlie Bewley who plays Demetri in the upcoming 2nd and 3rd installments of the Twilight franchise is speaking out about what it was like joining Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart on set.
The Brit says R-Patz and K-Stew were "on their guard a lot of the time, not least on set" because of how much they're talked about and photographed.
You'd think they'd have lightened up after the cast was forbidden to take pics on set.
Charlie goes on to say that he didn't exactly get a warm welcome either.
"You have got the Cullens at the very centre of this Twilight universe and you have people coming into that circle of actors. It's just human nature for it to take (time) for everyone to gel, to bond and (for them) to suss people out, it's just what happens, it's the way people are".
How unprofessional! But we could see K-Stew not being very welcoming since she probably sits in her trailer getting high when not on set.
But eventually the Volturi says things eventually got better "after two or three days of shooting Eclipse, I was starting to get a lot warmer with some of the people I had not met before … they are really cool people, wonderful people and that's why they have got such a solid unit when the Cullens get together."
It took a whole movie for them to warm up to you!?
We're thinking Charlie's gotta have some juicier details than that. We give him a couple of weeks before he spills more info on K-Stew and R-Patz.

Perez, Idk how many movie sets you've been on but it takes a hell of a lot longer than 3 days to shoot and entire film in fact, it takes months! So no, it did not take 'an entire film' for the vets to warm up to the noobs, it took 3 days..3 days is 3 days!!!! That seems pretty normal to me! Especially when an actor is in the kind of situation Robert & Kirsten are in! Imagine how difficult it must be for them to trust outsiders when magazines and tabloids are willing paying big bucks for any shred of gossip about the two!! Give them a break! I do not envy Kirsten or Robert's situation at all! Being famous would blow!

Well if you were talking shit about me constantly I would be on guard around everyone too. Hell, I don't warm up to new people right away and I'm in the production office (not of Twilight another feature). You have to be very careful who you say what around as it could mean your job or could start some rumors or bad press.
There was a PA in the office on a job I was on a few years ago and that person was talking shit about the lead actor to a friend of his at a local restaurant after work. Well someone in the press heard it was all over the tabs the next day and since only 6 people knew about it the producers quickly figured out who the rat was. I've never seen that kid on a set again. Not saying he doesn't get work, but no one I know has worked with him in years.

If you look up Charlie Bewley and Bliss magazine on youtube you will see a video where Charlie Bewley actually says Kristen is his favorite Twi lady and that she is AWESOME. I personally think Charlie is adorable and would be better to Kristen. She can do so much better than RPattz.

any one who has met charlie will know what a loverly,geniune down to earth ,very very humble guy he is.these comments were not said in any way ,shape or form to offend rob, kristen or anyone!! everyone asks him what it was like to work with kristen and rob and all he was doing was stating the obvious! that they were not going to become best buddies in a few days !! everyone seems to think that you walk on a movie set and hey presto your best buddies with everyone!in reality its just not like that at all, if you ,me or anybody walked onto a film set to appear in a movie as big as twilight ,how would you react?? im sure you would feel the same as charlie did as the cast from the first film have already built the foundations of lasting friendships,like he said it takes time to get to know people in the real world,never mind a movie set!!

You people don't read! It says that he was involved in New Moon and Eclipse so he'd already shot an entire movie (New Moon) and then 2/3 days into Eclipse they got warmer.

Firstly sweet were did you hear this information.
Having met Charlie and heard the actual question he was answering I know first hand he never meant it in an unprofessional or a derogatory way.
The question was: Do all the cast get along and hang out together?
His answer was the same as anyones who is starting a new job, let alone an actor walking into something that has been a big hit already.
He was saying the original cast already had a rapport with one another, nothing more and nothing less. Sure you have had to walk into a new office and get to know the staff that already have a working relationship. Very daunting although I am more than sure all the cast mix, it is only human nature that you will get along with some more than others.
You have mixed the words of an actor who has worked hard to gain a fanbase with Twihards and hard to get the role, and tried to turn him into a twofaced gossip.
As I have said I have had the pleasure of meeting him and he is nothing but a man of integrity and humility. A true English Gentleman.

I love the cullen family(: They're just so down to earth and whatnot you can actually feel that you're part of them. The chemistry between the cast is highly remarkable and a amazing.
