Much like the Seinfeld curse, except no one is funny!
After the abrupt cancellation of Mischa Barton's The Beautiful Life, former O.C. co-star Benjamin McKenzie had his show cancelled as well.
Although McKenzie outshines Mushy in looks, talent and the ability to keep on an even emotional keel and for that, he's being rewarded.
His El Lay police drama Southland may have been taken off NBC's line-up, but there's a chance that it will find a new home on TNT.
"We continually look at all programming opportunities that fit our portfolio of brands," said the cable network.
And it sounds like they have a good chance!
Because the only thing TNT likes more than Kevin Costner films is its cop shows!

Ben's such a great actor, he has a bright future ahead of him. He's never got caught up in the Hollywood things like Mischa. Love him =)
He's hot, talented and charismatic. She's…well…not.

As much as I love Ben McKenzie, that show was rather dull. His character was great, but he didn't get as much screen time as I'd hoped. Hopefully TNT picks it up cos this kid deserves it. What a hottie!

Its weird…the OC was one of the best shows ever. Guess everyone sucks when they're apart. And TBL wasn't that bad! Didn't watch his show though.
No one from the O.C. is funny? Adam Brody is hilarious…loved his evil azz in 'Jennifer's Body.' Also, Peter Gallagher is fantastic in 'Californication.'
I agree on Ben though. He's got a ton of talent & his career will eventually catch up.

Finally a show portrays the LAPD in the most accurate way possible, and it gets cancelled!
TNT please pick it up…. I can't wait to see Ben is that uniform again!

Yeah, such a curse to be so cashed up after earning ridiculous salaries on popular TV shows that ran for years… Cursed indeed.
Southland is a fantastic show, I'm so bummed. I hope another network picks it up!
Networks Never promote their shows. Then no one watches
Then they wonder why shows bomb. They never give new shows a chance!
