      I, for the life of me, cannot understand her when she sings in English. I didn't like She-Wolf and only realized it recently that I actually enjoyed it in Spanish. I think that's what it is. She needs to work on her enunciation, for me, at least. She's beautiful, a talented performer.

      She obviously has voice training, knows what she's doing, but that changing of her voice the way she does it–Lord. She sounds like she's got something in her throat that she quick has to swallow, then she swallows it and another voice comes through, then the thick, I-gotta-swallow voice comes back. I didn't watch the whole video, but I think she saved us from watching her convulse and shake for no reason at all. I can't BELIEVE IT when people praise her as a "good dancer." Huh?!?? She looks like she is having an epileptic seizure…which even people who suffer from the disease don't want anyone to see. Lord!

      This is mediocre for her. And her new "signature" dance move is Ciara's signature dance move… It's lame that she can't do something creative.

      I think Shakira is fabulous and her style is infinitely HER. She's so beautiful, too. A lot of her music is very hit or miss for me, but I like her latest efforts. And her performance was GREAT!

      I love her. she is very talented. her music is different, original. her voice is unique, I would say her different voices better. unfortunately, people kind of prefer the same pop music of other artists. or singers who really do not sing or are famous because their scandals, drog adictions, or sexual preferences. people like Shakira who writes, sings, and produces do not get the atention of others, just because she is not a whore, an adicted, or a lesbian.

      She's really talented women. But know she became so commercial. I listened her new album. And yeah, max 3 songs i like. Including spanish.
      Is it good? I think not so.. I prefer her other albums - Laundry Service and Pies Descalzos. And now this "electro" style is like Ciara or other sh*t.

      THAT WAS STUPID. TOTALLY A NON-SINGER. THANK GOD WITH THESE NON-SINGERS THE PRODUCTION IS BETTER THAN THEM. WHAT WAS THE NEED FOR THE ASIAN DRUMMERS ANYWAY?       I totally could not get into that song. I think it sucked! But then again, "hips don't lie" would not be a hit either if she was not moving the way she does when she sings it. I think she is very overrated but man like her for different reasons than her choice of songs.

      Ok I really love Shakira I have nothing bad to say about her, but does her dancing and hairstyle and outfit totally remind anybody of Gwen Stefani? I have seen No Doubt in concert many times and that's exactly how Gwen dances. I was just waiting for her to shake her hot little booty instead of the neck twitch, but I liked the song and still respect her. Shakira stay true to yourself!!!!

      I miss the Shakira of 10 yrs ago that we all in the latin community came to love…The raw, pure essence of a woman coming into her own…now just a distant memorie that hides in what she's delivering to the masses not her true fans..I feel she lost herself while selling out to "the crossover". Who can understand her when she sings in english?? She should stick w/ singing from the heart not to make an extra buck…..what a shame….

      And before you say she speaks more languages than you, sorry she doesn't. I know 7 so I can talk when I say she isn't enunciating in English well.

      Re: lorenita19 – Seriously?! She sings everything from French acoustic,Bossa Nova, Folk, Spanish Rock to Pop and even Arabic.. She's probably the most versatile artist out there right now. Lets see any other other artist sing in 4 languages like she can.
