The father of the year did NOT take $180,000 from the couple's restricted joint back account - he only took $155,000!!!
“It was just after arbitration and we weren’t supposed to take money out of the restrictive account and we both did,” he confessed. “I was found in contempt for doing so. I didn’t realize, I thought I was just taking my paycheck out.”
Riiiight!
And he refuses to let go of knowing how much Kate withdrew!
“It’s unaccounted for,” he continued. “So by Friday, we’ll know her complete accounting, which might reduce my accounting, so I don’t know what’s going on. I’m gonna be truthful and abide by the court and I’ll put it back. And she has to do the same.”
The only thing we believe is that he has no idea what is going on!!!
He even hoped to have it out with Kate during the arbitration, but Jon began to ban the past year from his memory and replace it with feeling holier than thou!
“I thought about doing that, but in a public setting as a public figure you have to watch what you say and do,” said the douche.

The court hasn't forced Kate to return squat yet. You will know by friday IF she has to return the funds. Also in addition to that gem, any funds illegally taken out by Kate would in no way reduce the amount you took out you FOOL.

I am TEAM CHILDREN and they need their parents. Kate is by far the most mature parent of the 2. I hope the nanny that Kate says stays there full time to give the kids stability watches the children and keeps them safe when Daddy is drinking, entertaining his friends,and missing from the home all together. Jon thinks he is a real celebrity and loved by the world.Entertainment Tonight is using his dumb ass for ratings and Jon thinks they are on his side.
I think this whole thing is sad. The kids need their privacy to have a regular childhood with their parents. I enjoyed watching the seasons go by, it was a picture perfect family. And it breaks my heart to see that the whole time it was a lie. It makes me feel even worse for the children. I think the media needs to back off, and the cameras need to be gone. These children need a chance to live a normal life. Whether their parents are divorced or not. They need to stop making it about "the divorce", and more about "the children".

And nothing in this story is new, he thought he took MORE than he actually did and said so - and now he's worse because he took less than what he thought? He's admitted to that much - Kate accused him of $230k, at ONCE, leaving $1000, while getting overdraft notices. Kate has publicly stated her info on some of her appearances and that's not accounted for.
