Did you know there was a MySpace for rich people?!
Neither did we!
aSmallWorld.net, the world's most alienating social networking site founded by Swedish douchenozzle Erik Wachtmeister, could probably be doing better.
And taking into consideration the economic climate, we're not surprised the Weinstein company sold their shares of the invite-only networking site due to financial strain.
The bigger question is why anyone would buy into such a stoopid idea? We thought the reason for those sites is to expand your usual social circle - but, they figured out how to stay in touch with the same old tools!
The idea is almost as good as your business sense, which is slowly going down the tubes!
And to the 100 people who were fired from the Weinstein Co., just know that your job was more disposable than this shiz!

WOW! Please say you are kidding me?? You don't know what A Small World Is?? Someones just upset they didn't get an invite huh?? hahahaha Boo Hoo for you. The whole point of a invitation only networking site, is to keep the quality and integrity of the people in the group. Everyone in a Small World is someone actually WORTH networking with from Actors, to doctors, lawyers, publicists..There are only certain people who are allowed to invite members and obviously Mario didnt get the memo or invite =(

OMG asmallworld is so 3 years ago!! Actually not as great anymore BECAUSE they started giving out more invite privileges. And FYI it is the BEST networking site I've encountered to date…or at least it was. Looks like you weren't on top of this one Perez.
asmallworld is sort of boring. i mean, it has proven to be basically invaluable for travel networking. but it's lacking the FUN of other networking sites. i'm not exactly looking to close my account, but i don't use it as often as i use others.
ugh…. finely he stopped trying to hide and just cut it -so sexy to be confident and not be in hiding.

Sorry Perezita, but aSW is actually a fabulous networking site, has a cool gay community (who gave birth to Cosmocircle, didn't get an invite for that? Oops, sorry again..) and bounces people like you at the door..

This isn't for rich people it's for wealthy people and there's a difference between the two. People on the list are separated by no more than two people as far as connections go and there's also a board approval people must go through once invited. LOL @ Perez not being in the know.
