And apart from the age factor, some people are thin, it's called metabolism, and it also has to do with genetics. All the women in my mothers' family are very slim, and so am I. I'm 30, I weight 110, I eat whatever I want and don't really need to exercise, at least not to lose weight, rather to gain muscle.
