Executors of Jackson's Estate Want To Keep Control

The lawyers representing Michael Jackson's estate headed to court this morning to request that executors John Branca and John McClain have the power to make basic day-to-day decisions regarding the estate without having to go to the judge first.
Branca and McClain supposedly have always had this power, but because Katherine Jackson's lawyers don't seem to believe that is true, Branca and McClain want the courts to reiterate for them.
Hopefully they do whatever they need to do so we don't have to hear about it anymore!

Wasn't it William Shakespeare who said "kill all the lawyers". I guess the courts know best in this matter for now. I just hope the musical legacy of MJ is treated with respect and above all the children's future is and remains the most important thing to all. Even though they were not his biological children, California law still states MJ was their father.
THOSE EXECUTORS ARE THE REAL THIEVES WHO ARE CASHING IN ON MJ'S DEATH.
HIS FAMILY HAS A RIGHT TO KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON WITH HIS ESTATE WHENEVER THEY FEEL LIKE IT.
