Finally!!! TLC Is Suing Jon Gosselin!!!
Kate Gosselin better keep a close eye on her joint bank accounts because very soon, Jon Gosselin is going to need a lot of money to pony up to his lawyer and TLC.
It was officially announced this morning that TLC has filed a lawsuit against Jon Gosselin for being in breach of his contract. The network's lawsuit claims that Jon hasn't met the obligations of his contract as an "exclusive employee." He has made MULTIPLE appearances on other programs for money and has made "unauthorized disclosures about the show."
Jon's in deep shiz now! We're sure TLC will be relentless with him, since he screwed up their most popular, money-making show. They're going to go after everything he's got that in no way affects the kids and Kate!
As well they should! A day of reckoning is upon Jon Gosselin and we just can't wait to see him crash and burn!

TLC never gave those kids a dime of money even though they knew under the law that they had to. Finally the State of PA had to go after them to force them to. So they are not exactly the most honest organization. He could turn right around and sue them for money they should have been paying the kids for the last several seasons.
Jon is prepared for this insane and atrocious act by TLC. If I were Jon, I would ignore the suit and let TLC take a default against him. Then I would go on the news and show everyone how TLC istaking money out of the mouths of the 8 kids who made TLC one of the richest cable networks on television. TLC is a shameful money grubbing sickening network and for TLC not to even think of the repurcussion on the kids is sickening. Keep this up Perez and soon you will be writing about Jon's suicide. And there are going to be 8 kids that are totally destroyed and that once they know of you perez and your vicious comments (after never watching the show to see which parent really loves their kids and which is the real monster) … those kids are going to hate your guts Perez and I hope they come after you one day! TLC is shit out of luck. They fired him. And he should counter sue to get TLC to give back pay to his kids, and sue for blackmail, because that is in essence what this is. They are suing him because he won't let the kids do the show. I think JG is the only one near that household with a brain these days.
They did not fire him. They said he would appear minimally on the Kate +8 show. He was still under contract & still getting paid He went against his contract & talked crap about TLC. He has a horrible legal team that is advising him very poorly.

Jon had it all, beautiful family, million dollar home filled with his man toys(thanks to TLC) and JON BLEW it. Jon was jealous of Kate for working (he admitted on TV) and Jon was tired of babysitting his OWN children. Kate got him more babysitters to go with the housekeeper and cook he already had. Jon starts bar hopping, cheating,drinking, and smoking(who knows what). The rest is history. This not TLC's fault, it is the jealous rage inside Jon Gosselin's sole. That rage blew a casket when TLC changed the name of the show to Kate Plus 8.
This guy played this all wrong. Before the Deanna Hummel story "leaked", he had almost the entire country on his side. He should have kept his mouth shut and just let Kate take all the heat. But noooo, he had to speak his mind and show the world why Kate treated him the way she did. He's proven over and over again that he was the 9th child. The guy is a compulsive liar. He's been telling lies after lies after lies and I don't know how anyone can still defend this guy. He claimed to only take $22,000 from the joint account but yet the arbitrator says he has to pay back $180,000. Then he says that he just thought he was taking out his pay check. He went on one of those tabloid shows to tell the world how he despised Kate, then shortly after TLC changed the show, he said that he didn't really mean it. And really, the biggest lie of all was stopping production of the show to "protect" his kids. Where was this concern when in the season finale earlier this year when he said that he didn't want to do the show anymore but Kate did. He said nothing at that time about how this show was negatively affecting his kids. I used to like this guy but man he has made REALLY easy to hate him.

Kate will not even answer one question for one pap because Kate knows that is an interview and she is locked into an exclusive contract. Jon gives multiple interviews with the paps and entertainment gossip shows. Kate has NEVER been on any of those shows.TEAM CHILDREN and Kate will provide for her children.

Technically, I don't think they CAN only target Jon while he's still married to Kate, and they postponed the divorce. A marriage is exactly like a business partnership, and if one is taking a hit, then the other is also taking a hit, unless a prenup is involved. If Jon is getting sued, then I'm pretty sure Kate is too. They technically still share everything until the marriage has been ended and a judge has decided in what manner to spilt the estate.
I'm not entirely sure, but from what I know about the law, that's how it works.
I think it's ridiculous to hate people you don't know at all with so much of your soul. Yes, he's setting a terrible TERRIBLE example for his children, but that's all people should really be concerned with. I don't really care what happens to Jon or Kate, as long as the kids are well-taken care of, and have people in their life willing to set a good example.
