British reality star Tara Palmer-Tomkinson gave attendees a desperate display of nipple on Wednesday night at a party celebrating the 300th edition of Tatler magazine.

While not wearing transparent dresses showcasing her naughty bits, ~~the drag queen~~ Tara can be seen shmoozing with the royal family and working her new nose - you know, the one the was rebuilt due to her previous 400-pound-a-day cocaine habit!

She claims to have been sober for years, so what's her excuse?!
