Perez I don't know why you find him so hard to believe…as if you think this is a joke? People might not like him but he is obviously desperate to try to get threw to her…when he looks that worried, I get worried, I don't sit there and think "oh gee I can't take this seriously"…it seems very serious, no matter whether its coming from him or not, it is as clear as day to everyone that this girl needs help and so what if you don't like her? Does that mean she doesn't have the right to try to clean up her life and succeed? Just like Mischa, and before that, Britney…you have absolutely no sympathy for people that are in need of help and I think it's terribly sad and petty of you to continuously make fun of those who are in need of help.

who knows if he is sincere or not! the truth is clear lindsey is a trainwreck and unfortunately if rehab, interventions, nor arrests have worked well there are only 3 ends to using- jails, institutions, or death. the party can only last so long then it is not a party it is a necessity to get high to wake up and function, then to go to sleep same thing. she has been to jails, institutions, and what is left people?

I think it is very sad; he seems sincere. I know the media and the public do not have a postivie view of him, but I think he is doing the right thing. Whatever legal mechanism they used for Britney Spears should be applied with Lindsay. Unfortunately, Lindsay does not have a parent like Britney to take charge of her and her money. Maybe Mr. Spears could help..the Lohans are famous because their daughter is famous and they are therefore they do a lousy job of parenting their fame mealticket…please. I can't stand parents that do that. Anyways, she need someone to be in charge of her right now, and get some help by removing her money access and her choices.

i believe that he is simply desperate. Lindsay lives for press so it makes sense to me that he would try to pressure her this way as a last resort. for people that are saying, "why doesnt he make a private phone call?" im pretty sure he calls her constantly and the girl doesnt pick up, cause she doesnt want to hear it. in my opinion her mother is the famewhore. shes too worried about being painted as a villian, and losing her daughters money to do anything right.
