Madonna's Neighbors Sue!
Her Madgesty may be booted from her Central Park West apartment!
Karen George, a neighbor of Madonna's, has slapped the Material Girl with a lawsuit claiming Madge has transformed her apartment into a rehearsal space, and the entire building has to put up with her "blaring music, stomping and shaking walls" daily!!
According to the legal docs, "unreasonably high-decibel, amplified music" seeps through the walls, ceilings and radiators for three hours a day.
The co-op board has reportedly threatened Madge with the consequence of eviction, and the entire building is fuming over the daily dance parties.
We don't know about U, but we would love Madonna's music blaring through our walls!
Although maybe it's time to rent a rehearsal space?????

so what's with the apartment being used as a studio, that sure as hell don't make
sense…or maybe rehersal studios don't exist or why don't she use that kabbalh place?

Madonna is being nasty to the co-op board and the neighbor because they tried to block her from buying the 7th floor unit to expand her place. the neighbor never wanted her there in the first place so its not surprise that as the complaints go up so will the decibel level until Madonna moves across town. Madonna is one for making your life hell if you mess with her.
