The former TV star made her stunning post-baby debut on Friday after leaving a nail salon in Beverly Hills!

If you don't gain weight in the rest of your body (besides your stomach growing), then there isn't much work to do after giving birth. I was lucky because I just had a belly. BUT, she is wearing a billowy top, and I will tell you that the stomach does take a little time to tighten back up, and every woman deals with that, no matter how skinny they are. She does look great, though.

Re: foxrivergirl – So true…Breastfeeding is A LOT more work in the beginning. I think it ends up easier, but it is HELL to get through those first few weeks. I think it helped me lose weight, but I know some women who retain the weight until they wean, so it's not always a sure thing.

Um I doubt it. She's probably got a long way to go. Her stomach is not as firm as it was before she gave birth. It takes time and a lot of work. Note the scarf strategically placed in front of her mid-section.
Funny how it's always a big deal. Its not hard when you work out and eat right during your pregnancy. I was skinny in a week too. Just don't pig out, act lazy and gain 50 pounds, thats the real secret.
Her secret is probably a personal chef, a nanny and a trainer - things moms in the general population can't afford.

Re: kathy1898 – Actually, that's a common misconception. A lot of women are worried about that and choose not to breastfeed because they don't want their breasts changing. However, the changes are actually due to the hormones released from pregnancy. So, no matter if you breastfeed or not, if you get pregnant your breasts are going to change.
Perez, you don't know shit about shit! Breast feeding is a very time consuming and often difficult and painful way to nurture and feed your baby. It is definitely NOT the easy way out. Picking up a can of formula at CVS is the easy way out. Get your facts strait before you insult your readers. Oh, and this is the first time I've been to your site in ages. Now I know why I do (and will) stay away. Stick to what you know…oh wait, that would mean no blog….well then, carry on.

Mario Breast feeding is not the easy way out! It hurts like hell the first week or two then you are fine. But, during that time you have shrinking going on in your body and that you can feel. Easy way aye no! But, it is good for the baby and the body is just the fringe benefits. This I know! BTW she looks great!

Her 'secret' is simple: tons of money, a nanny or three, someone to prepare healthy food - and oh yeah, maybe some nursing and working out. Oh, and she probably monitored every pound she gained during the pregnancy too. The regular moms out there don't exactly have those luxuries!

I'm stunned by that remark. Surely, you can tell the difference between the average woman who probably does not have the resources to hire a personal trainer, a cook, etc and one who can. It also helps that she is young and it is her first child. There are NO guarantees that breast feeding helps drop weight. I breast fed my child and it made no difference. Do you ever do any kind of research?
