Lindsay Seeks Restraining Order Against Her Dad!
The Lohan family drama just never seems to end.
We mentioned earlier that Michael Lohan has fired back at Dina Lohan for her comments about him using the media to continuously talk about their children.
But we guess after calling out Lindsay's drug dealer friend and "stylist/designer" Patrick Aufdenkamp on Twitter, the troubled redhead has had enough.
Sources are reporting that Lindsay Lohan is planning to ask the courts for help and seek a restraining order against her dad.
Says one insider, "Lindsay is actively getting a restraining order, her lawyer have already been contacted. She's scared. This is really serious."
Scared? Of Michael Lohan?
He might be a media whore, but we think he's more crazy than scary.
What exactly is Lindsay scared of? And will she also try to have the courts stop him from talking about her publicly?

the last thing she wants is someone trying to cut off her supply of drugs so she'll obviously want to get the restraining order, however unwarranted that is. michael lohan may be a media whore but at least he's trying to do something to help, unlike dina.

Is there no sane person in that family (aunt, uncle, grandparent) who can step in and be her guardian? She's a runaway trainwreck and her parents are too self absorbed to even notice/care. So sad to see a girl with some talent take this path. It's so obvious that this will not end well, a la Anna Nicole.

oh the lindsanity! the best idea would be to disappear from the public eye for like, 2 years…then do some theater, write a memoir, then a screenplay based on the memoir, DON'T play herself, and get with an awesome stylist that will make her look chic and "deep". yep.

The drama never ends because the public's fascination never ends. I bet if Perez and the rest of the media stopped following them and stopped writing about them, the Lohans would disappear. I have an idea…why don't we try it and see what happens?!
Quite clearly a publicity stunt but she'll go really downhill and take a pile of drugs then have a near death experience then come off drugs, make a big comeback and re-unite with her dad. i could script it for them. xxx
the big question is why is the goverment allowing these HOLLYWOOD people to do whatever they want to do, Lindsay needs rehab and a lot of help. These people are crazy!

Well crazy and scary both fall into the same catagory. Lindsay is doing this because she know's that her dad is figuring things out and is getting to close for comfort. I am not defending this guy for his actions but I will not degrade him for wanting to save his daughter's life. So he is in the news if it gets through to whoever to help Lindsay then why not? Dina certainly isn't stepping up to the plate to help her daughter. You can clearly see when you look at the shell of a person that she is that she needs HELP!! So no I don't hold this against her dad for wanting to save his daughter's life…If they don't act soon they will probably be burying her.
