As we all know Spencer Pratt's sister Stephanie was arrested on Sunday morning in Hollywood for a DUI.

The soon to be Hills quitter had a BAC just .01 over California's legal limit of .08 at .09.

Hey, a DUI is a DUI!

Maybe Stephanie should attend church with Spencer and Heidi. We're sure they can help the "former" meth addict and boozer find God.

And a sober driver.

And a lawyer.

      2) Why two BAC tests? The defense can challenge this if there's no justification for the repetition.

      Even though she was just over the legal limit, it is still drunk driving. She shouldnt have been drinking and driving. Although she doesnt make as much money as the rest of The Hill "stars" you would think she could afford a taxi home, rather then putting innocent peoples lives in danger.

      OMG! Stephanie didn't know that the script this week was for Holly to have a drinking problem and instead Stephanie got arrested! Now The Hills writers will have to scramble and maybe do a double-intervention. It will be just like when Heidi got a two-fer on her plastic surgery boobs and nose.
