Balloon Boy's Family Reported To Child Service!!!!

Another piece of the crazy puzzle right here - Richard Heene , father to Falcon "Balloon Boy" Heene, were once reported to Child and Family Services.
Doesn't sound like too much a stretch, albeit shocking, but there is a major twist to this story - Balloon Boy's papa fessed up to it!
The story goes that in 2004, when Heene was just working on exploiting his child for media attention getting his production company started, he hired a man named Matt Wineroth. This man was later arrested on suspicion of stealing computer records from Heene's company. It was then that this man went to the CFS to file a complaint against Richard.
Now, Richard owns up to this investigation from the CFS in a hand-written document accompanying a request for a restraining order from Matt Wineroth. In this document, Richard writes that he needed the restraining order to get his former employee to "stop falsely reporting derogatory information to agencies who have an interest to conduct investigations resulting in wasting my time."
Oddly enough, Richard Heene never went through with the proceedings for a restraining order as he never showed up in court the day of the hearing.
Wonder why?

Abuse??? I had an idiot 23 yo teacher report my family for child abuse for my 12 yo son. He was coming into school with dirty hands and the same shirt. Before that, I had told him to not to wear his B uniforms for boy scouts to school cause they were beat. They are used for dirty crap. He had 1 dozen of them, but he did not listen. I brought them all in to the guidance counseler and the pychologist to show them. My son worked on bikes to sell and did so sometimes before the bus picked him up. anyhoo, I even told his teacher this, but this teacher reported us. The 25yo social worker gave us a hard time too. My son has an anxiety problem and this idiot told me if founded to be true, my son could be taken away from me, IN FRONT OF MY SON. had to double my son's sessions for a while. He complained my house was messy(not even close to clean house) saying it could cause asthma(I am a nurse, not true, we do not have allergies) but what do you say? 'you are stupid and don't know what the hell you are talking about?' anyhoo, did a fast clean up, showed the shirts AGAIN. and the case was closed. but he said, son must go to school with clean hands. clean hair. asked him if he had kids, said it was none of my business.
WAIT JUST A SECOND! The government is ticked that this man got the better of them, so they decide to take away his children????!!!! I'd like to see concrete proof of ACTUAL child abuse. Innocent til proven guilty, REMEMBER?!?!?!?

Every home has it's dysfunction - should the government go into every one and abduct the children?! Alarming, to say the very least. Downright horrifying, and, no, I've never had the bitter misfortune of having my children abducted by the government, if you're wondering. I see enough in the news to make the hair on my back stand up! It's all about control.
anyhoo, reports to cps are anonymous, but since the report they read was almost word for word what the english teacher said, what can you assume. the idiot sw read that in front of my son, and he knew who said it. He did crapping in english the rest of the year (surprise!) (teacher called me and asked me if anything was wrong with lucas, BITCH) anyhoo…. about 15 years ago, a law was passed that anyone with a professional licence in health (nursing, doctors, dentists) education (teachers, administrators) and some other fields, now had a legal obligation to report any suspected cases of child abuse. How do we know if is might be child abuse? back then, we had to take a whole 3 hour course. What happened was that some monsters were created in the teaching and nursing field. Not to say, that abusers weren't caught, BUT, besides me, I know a # that were willing to admit that they were reported, alot probably will not tell. In every case, the cases were unfounded. Little bruises are now looked at as a beating. No lunch? not forgotten, but no food in the house. Parents can't just run down the street to the deli to pick up something, even if the kids are all over 8, it is endangering. sad, ridiculous and a waste of money. and the real abused kids are out there suffering.

Gloria Allridge (?) is the worse one. she is off after the octomom, Jon and Kate's kids, these kids. If any of these were mistreated, we would know, cameras are all over it. but there she is opening up her ugly trap like she is this child savior. people that go and save the invisible children, the ones that are not showing up to school anymore, or not even enrolled. the ones that are brought into the emergency room dead or in a coma. The real abused ones. I am so sick of the insider, et, eonline, etc VOTING on whether kids are abused. the gosselins are not abused. my kids could only be treated to such things. these heele kids, I don't know if they are indanger, and neither does anyone else

Re: ereyna426 – They look healthy to you?? Have you watched the television interviews, following the one where the boy outed his parents, telling the entire world that they "Did it for the show". The boy was physically ill, he was on TV vomiting and his parents were still making him do the interview. I don't know what your definition of "healthy" is but hunny, that isn't it.

Perez i love you but you're usually more on top of your gossip, everything to date you've posted on this story since late sunday i heard in the half hour i watched the sheriff on TV that morning. yet you keep leaking it one fact at a time to your readers who might not watch as much "real" news, they are looking kinda redic walking around like "OMG DID YOU KNOW?" and people responding "Um duh, have you been under a rock"

this is getting out of hand. make them pay for all the rescue services, and call it a day. seriously, people.
dad needs to go to jail. mom needs to be in a psych unit. and, if these kids are to have any chance at being 1/2way normal, they need to be placed into a loving home where their safety and emotional well-being are a priority.
