He makes the bitches pay for it!
Joel signed on the dotted line to sell his Perry Street townhouse in the West Village to ex-child bride wife, Katie Lee Joel for $3 mil!
"This deed is pursuant to the separation," says a rep for the Piano Man.
The couple originally purchased the home in 2005 for $5.9 million, so we'd say Billy cut his wife a deal!

She is getting way more than she deserves. Without this guy, she would be waitressing in some dive and living in a hovel with six other people in order to make rent. I heard her on Howard Stern last year bragging about "how much money WE have". We? She's never earned a dime of it.

God Mario, sometime your stupidity just amazes me. It is very common for one spouse to have to buy out the other spouse for property. This is not unusual, especially if one wants to sell, and the other wants to keep. Educate yourself before you put your stupidity out there for the world to see. You continue to show just how dumb you are.
