No, it's not to KFed for once!
According to court records, the lawsuit filed against Britney Spears by a photog whose foot she ran over in October 2007 has been settled.
The douche in her way, Ricardo Mendoza sued the pop princess in May for assault, battery and negligently driving her car stemming from the incident in Beverly Hills two years ago.
And he filed only four months ago?!
The records do not state the terms of the agreement, but we're sure she paid a pretty penny!

Hey Perez, the statute of limitations for personal injury claims is 2 years from the date of accident. This means that the parties have two years to work it out themselves before one must file a lawsuit. Waiting this long is normal since it's likely neither party wanted to get the courts involved.

Quite frankly, I don't think photogs deserve a dime. If they are so close to a persons vehicle, WHICH THEY OBVIOUSLY WANT TO DRIVE, and they get run over… it's their own fucking fault! I don't think they should be able to sue her because of their irresponsible behavior.
