Michael Bublé is ruling the charts!

Bublé's Crazy Love is number 1 on the Billboard charts for the second week in a row, snatching the top spot from the soundtrack for the upcoming Twilight sequel, New Moon!

Michael sold an astonishing 203,000 records this past week, while the New Moon soundtrack only managed to push 115,000 copies.

Is the Twilight craze losing steam?????

      Once the movie is out and people have heard the songs, people will buy the cd. It should have been released when the movie came out to get that momentum. You'd think they'd know this by now.

      as much as i dislike both buble and the whole twilight sitch, i'm glad that it's losing steam. It was overrated and a total dissapointment anyway, so why does it mater? I'm getting more than tired of the twilight-tards.

      It is not losing steam. The cd was only out for 3 days. Buble had 4 more days. The cd was released early, it was suppose to come out yesterday. Get all the facts first Perez.

      no offense to michael buble cause i like him too, but he sold 203,000 records in a week. the new moon soundtrack came out that friday so really thats only counted for 3 days…im just sayin.

      Didn't the New Moon soundtrack come out friday?? and michael's cd come out Tuesday? That means michael had 3 days longer to sell albums then twilight. Of course he would come out on top.

      Re: xoxo_anonymous – The Twilight Soundtrack was #1 the week it was released, and it was actually the 3rd soundtrack to go to #1 besides Juno & Mamma Mia in 2008 alone. The New Moon soundtrack is just awful though. No variation in the songs at all…it bored me to death!

      I think more people will buy the soundtrack when they see the movie. I just bought the soundtrack today, but I'm not going to listen to it until I see the movie.

      Hmm haha To compare the two Michael would have to make a movie and then the numbers could be compared. Somehow I sincerely doubt he would pull of Twilight numbers in the theaters :-) Me I will most definitely see the movie but the Music on the Cd is not my style of music and neither is the Lounge music that Michael signs.

      sad too say but true… mayb if Rpatz and k stew actually went out in the public and not just taylor lautner then ppl whouldnt go on with their life …. i mean i absolutely love twilight and the books but their just not publicizing it enough , they may have all of their trailors but thats just it …. it makes me sadd =(

      No, the only reason the soundtrack didn't out sell him was because it was released early, he had an extra 4 days of sales than the soundtrack did.

      You are so dumb perez and co. The twilight soundtrack was released on FRIDAY….which means that 115,000 copies is made from only three days of release. Whereas Buble's CD had a full week to make that number. You have to pro-rate it bey the days out to see who won in terms of selling more, you lameos.

      Twilight is great, don't get me wrong, but musically, Michael Buble is way more musically gifted. His new CD is a-m-a-z-i-n-g, and so his success is well deserved. Keep kicking ass MB.

      I think, Jason Manns' Crazy Love version which he sang with Jensen Ackles is way better than Michael Buble's. I love Michael Buble but those two guys sang the song so perfect. :)

      Yeah but New Moon soundtrack is number one album on itunes and Buble isn't even on the top 10. Not to discredit Buble but the majority of his audience probably doesn't have itunes.
