Michael's Will Was Forged?!

At least, that's what Randy Jackson is insinuating!
Rumors persist that Michael Jackson did not sign his will dated July 7, 2002 as he was across the country in New York and the document alludes to Los Angeles.
Randy can prove that Michael was in New York on that day protesting against Sony exec Tommy Mottola as he was prejudice against African American artists.
And he even has a witness! Of all people, Rev. Al Sharpton was with Jackson at that time!
The lawyer for the Jackson estate, Howard Weitzman claims that witnesses to the will were present when Michael signed the document, but he would not verify if it was in El Lay.

what?? sooo weird!! there are pictures to prove it too! but if the lawyer says he signed it and he really didnt…then wouldnt the lawyer include himself in the will somehow? like make sure he got some $$$?
I may be wrong here but couldn't they have faxed the document to NYC and then Jackson could have signed it in front of witnesses who provided their signatures for legality, and then faxed it back?
The will seems like his wishes. Little discussed is that there was some provision for Tito's children, but that was limited to contingent remainder beneficiaries, meaning they would benefit from the estate if the primary beneficiaries had died before MJ did.
I really hope the will is real, correct, and legal.
Randy (though one of the most musically=instruments, talented Jacksons) you may be just a little Devilish.

Re: WHORE1 – You make a really good point. It took me five minutes to review the will and then a minute more to look up the dates MJ was in NYC to cite Tommy Mattola as a devilish racist.
We may be hearing much more of this but I think if no will exists then Katherine and possibly the charities will be out and all will go to the children. Parents and siblings have no standing in the absence of a will.

The Jackson's just won't give up. They are disappointed that the only one's provided for in this will were his mom and his kids. They need to except this and move on. Simple take a hand writting sample of Michael's and get a hand writting analasis expert and compare them to the signature on the will. I'm sure they have something they have that Michael sighned at one time or another. Something legal like maybe one of his kids birth certificates ( the original ) I wouldn't trust the Jackson's to try and fake his handwritting so I would make sure it was a legal document they provide to match with the will - end of story till they come up with some other off the wall claim….
