More Details On Rosie and Kelli's Split

This is so sad!
Rosie O'Donnell's wife Kelli Carpenter has reportedly moved out of their Nyack, NY home and into their condo in Manhattan months ago!
Kelli, who supposedly initiated the split, brought the couple's youngest and Kelli's biological daughter Vivienne to live with her in NYC while their 3 adopted children, Parker, Chelsea and Blake remain living with Rosie.
Surely splitting up the children can't be good for them, but we're sure they're doing what they believe to be best for their family.
Maybe moving out is just a temporary situation while they resolve their problems?
We hope so! Breaking up is hard to do!

Kelli's cruise business moved to NYC. Kellie use to run it from the house next door they bought when the neighbor died. In Sept we saw photos of the ENTIRE family on the first day of school in Nyack. I do not believe Kelli took Vivi out of that private school they loved so much that was in Nyack and put her in a school in NYC.

I know Rosie adopted the oldest three but does Kelli have any legal ties to them? Maybe that is why she didn't take them as well. Either way, Rosie raised them before Kelli came along so it doesn't seem inappropriate to me that they stayed with her.

I rememebr when Rosie was in greece the show, in Washington, DC. All the actors were worried about her because she was soo lonely and depressed. So they would always drag her out to JR's. So I'm sure she go on the road again in some musical.

What is there not to understand she took one child and the other 3 stayed with Rosie. It is not right to split the kids up it is sending the wrong message to each and everyone of these children. Maybe since this is her bio child is why she is with her I don't know. Were they married and together when the other 3 were adopted? If they were not married then that gives Rosie all the control over the adopted kids. If they were and I think they were together legally when she had the youngest then she has more pull to have the bio child with her. We'll have to see how this plays out. I'm sure there will be rules and condition's concerning all children. I'm thinking Rosie's partner doesn't have any legal rights over the other children. Rosie probably adopted them in her name only….

Why is anyone surprised at this? If you read Rosies book where she admits to breaking her own arm and suffering from mental problems that she believes can be solved with exercise. Which by looking at her you can tell she gets a lot of exercise. Rosie needs medications bad and a psychiatrist as a live in to get her head together. Team Kelli!
