I really wanted to like this because I have much respect for Adam for being authentic to himself and his art, but this song goes no where. Just like the CGI footage from 2012, this just feels artificial. His voice is great, but the song sounds dated, like an unused track from the Armegeddon soundtrack.

Hmmm…the song is average. He has a phenomenal voice but the song does not do him justice. The video is annoying. First of all, is the song some kind of soundtrack to a movie? What are all these explosions all over the place? This guy is such a powerful performer - he doesn't need all this stuff going on in his videos. It detracts from the song, from his voice, and from his persona. I think he could carry a song perfectly well in a pared down minimalistic video with a minimum of special effects! And…maybe I'm a bit picky, but I do a lot of amateur video editing myself, and I NEVER would have let his hairstyle change so drastically in the beginning as he is walking. There are 3 fadeouts and his hair looks totally different each time as he is just walking! Unprofessional!!
But I still love him as a singer.
I think the video went really well with the theme of the movie. I am not a HUGE fan of the song, but it is beginning to grow on me. For a first video I think he did an excellent job

This isnt his first single off of his album. This is just the song he is doing for the 2012 soundtrack. His real first single should be out this week or next.
DAMN IT! I love Adam and hes my favorite artist out there but that video is kinda lame. I love the first Minute and a half of the song but after that it just goes downhill. I bet Adam hates it that,this song had to be his first video/single out because it is NOT a reflection of what his album is going to be like. He should have come out with a single off his album first and then release this one. I STILL LOVE YOU ADAM

Looks good, Sounds good but the combination between the music and his vocals is horrible. THe music isn't powerful enough to suit his vocals and let alone the theme of the video. Looking forward to the next one.

Average song that has been way over produced. Adam is wonderful, but his voice doesn't come through until close to the end. I don't like the video at all. I'm disappointed. I hope Adam doesn't let the industry influence him too much. I want the cutting-edge Adam with the soaring voice. I give it a 2/5 stars.
He is an INCREDIBLE singer and performer. He is so expressive. Powerful!!
It has a very 80's feel to it for me, the melody, the lyrics they are just quite out dated to me, kind of cheesy. I definately think he is capable of so much greater. Whether it's for a movie or not it's not a song I would have recorded if I were him. Meh. I won't remember it that's for sure.

Hey he got a song on a soundtrack for a movie. Good for him, but the song sucks until he gets to the huge chorus and goes all "Christina Aguilera" on us. It does sound like a leftover Aerosmith ballad that didnt' make Armageddon soundtrack, tho! Can't wait for his REAL single and album!
I love Adam, but whoever styled him for this video really dropped the ball! How do you take someone so beautiful and make them so ugly? WTF? It's like someone intentionally drained his sex appeal and I wouldn't have ever thought that was even possible for him. I love you Adam, but you need to make sure you stay in control of your career. I love Adam lambert. I think he has an amazing voice. I even have almost every episode of American Idol saved on my DVR just so I can watch his performances. But this song is soooo mediocre. He has such a huge range and he could of done so much better. Im dissapointed but Im still gonna get the album when it comes out.
