Adam sounds great - looks great - the song is OK. I don't feel like this is an "Adam" song, more of a 'film' song. Kind of bummed that I can't show the video to my kids. They love Adam, but all the destruction would be disturbing for them. Looking forward to getting Adam's CD next month. Already pre-ordered.

This is NOT his first single but a song he was asked to do for the 2012 soundtrack. For an emerging artist with a whole hell of a lot of pressure on his shoulders to produce something amazing for his first album, it's important that every project he puts out is given the correct context.

Honestly … he's as bad as I thought when he was on idol. He sucks. He couldn't sing on idol and he still can't sing. Only thing thats better post idol, is they obviously toned down his horrible high pitch. Other then that, this song is horrible and so is he and his singing.

Some of the notes gave me chills. His voice is amazing and he looks absolutely HOT in this video! I think that song is stupid, but the funny thing is that since he is gay that song is technically him singing about a boy instead of the traditional bitch pop star guy singing about some slutty girl.
I didn't like it at first, but after listening to it for a second time, its starting to grow on me. I can't tell if he has too much self tanning on, or if it's supposed to look like dirt all over him. He does have a powerful voice. I hope his album is good.
Keep in mind, it is the theme song for a disaster movie, and they all are somewhat cheesy. Thanks to Adam's vocal skills and buttery voice TFM will be bigger than the theme song for Armageddon (Aerosmith-I don't wanna miss a thing) and even bigger than the one for Titanic (Celine Dion-My heart will go on). I doubt that any other singer could have delivered such an emotional and gripping rendition of these lyrics.
I also like the video. IMO Adam does an exceptional acting job and looks the part of somebody stumbling through ruins in the desperate search for the lost partner.
This is a super start for Adam's career and gives his amazing talent worldwide exposure.
Even people who do not like ballads have to admit that Adam does a wonderful job selling this song. Congrats Adam!
I am a HUGE fan of Adam Lambert, but this is not a good song. It sounds like all adult alternative rock on the radio. I expected so much more out of this video as well, like some Lady Gaga shit. Sad…
