The DEA took Jones into custody Wednesday morning for being the "co-conspirator" and "Hollywood connection" in numerous drug deals dating back to 2008.

The Smallville actor has been charged with "conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute," which holds a maximum sentence of 20 years behind bars.
