Glee To Split Season One DVD In Two!

20th Century Fox will be releasing the Glee Season 1: Road To Sectionals DVD at the end of the year with the first 13 episodes of the show, a director's cut of the pilot, behind-the-scenes featurettes and cast audition clips.
It's pretty clear that Fox is looking to ca$$$h in on the Glee craze, but it could also be beneficial to rake in more fans who can catch up on the show with the DVD before the second half airs in 2010.
Will U be purchasing the the first half of Glee Season 1?

Oh, and BTW, Fox is doing this split-DVD stuff for a reason. When a show uses the kind of music licensing Glee does, it ain't cheap. Note the $3 mil. episode production cost.

Totally. The best show on this season. The last episode I loved this much was Pushing Daisies (which only lasted 1.5 seasons).
They do this all the time in the UK and they did it with season 6 of Sex and the City.

the pilot held promise, but the series has not lived up to it.
the show is overly slanted toward teens and the scripts are always the same: blah blah blah set up for a painful musical number, blah blah blah set up for another painful musical number. it's actually rather annoying.

My sister made me watch two episodes of this show and I almost killed her for it!! Its sooo bad but I guess its for people who like Highschool Musical (Which I do not lol) Whats with this highschool singing craze? Just as weird to me as romantic vampire who spurt out sparkles LOL Want real good shows to watch? Try Party Down or Modern Family, damn funny! So no I wouldnt spend my money on it.
I'm in love with the show, but i would never, EVER, spend money on a season being split in two. Fuuuuuck that.

When I went to look at my Amazon recommendations, amidst all the Disney movies and Romantic Comedies Amazon thinks I'll like (because I do), there was a gay porno. It said "Because you added Glee: Season 1 to your wishlist". Really? You thought because I added the first season of a hit TV show that attracts fans of musicals, I must also enjoy gay porn?
