What you are seeing is the latest collaboration of Flaunt Magazine and David LaChapelle for an upcoming cover of the magazine. You are also looking at only one version of David's vibrant work.
The magazine has two covers in circulation: this one, where Naomi Campbell's breast is covered by her hair, and a second, where it is not. The latter wont' be sent out for general distribution and consumption for obvious reasons, but we have it here for you to feast your eyes upon.

I liked the first one with her nipple covered. It leaves more to the imagination and I focus more on her face rather than on her dark charcoal nipple.

The goat is the only thing that looks real. everything else looks like a painting
it's modeled after botticelli's venus and mars, which does not include any exposed boob. the boob is a gratuitous addition and single-areoladly negates any artistic credibility lachapelle may have had
The first shot is better, the second one causes distraction. Naomi looks wonderful, though I agree that her breasts were made to look phony. Gravity happens.
She looks stunningly beautiful, but we're used to that. I can see why Gianni Versace adored her–she is a work of art.
