There's a facial hair style we haven't seen before!

This 27-year-old man was arrested on an open container charge last weekend in St. Petersburg, Florida.

We hope for his sake that the shiteous "half-beard" is just for a Halloween costume of some sort!

      I live in St. Petersburg, its not a halloween costume, his beard is like that all the time.

      I've seen this guy! I live in St Pete and I went to a concert downtown Wednesday. When we left, he showed up talking to the guy at the door and the smell of his BO was so bad we could smell it a few feet away. Literally it was horrible. He kept mumbling to himself and asking people for cigarettes. I recognized him from his half beard!

      Perez, I was just watching The Jay Leno Show (well, not watching really, just flipping through because who really watches his shitty show anyway) and I saw this picture. He called the segment "Mug Shot of the Day" but read the exact same description you have on your site, Perez. Jay Leno has now not only stolen ideas from Howard Stern, but from you too!
