The Duffster Gets A Parking Ticket

Hilary Duff had a hair appointment at the Ken Paves Salon in West Hollywood yesterday.
Though it must have run a touch longer than expected because she got a parking ticket once her meter ran out!
But hey, at least her hair looks great!
