Adam Lambert was the headliner at this year's annual Party City Halloween Bash & Industry Awards on Saturday. Glambert sang hits from his season of American Idol and fanged out with the fans at the The Boca Raton Resort & Club.

How was he able to sing with those things in his mouth? That's talent!
