The Gosselin's Go To Court. Again.
Jon & Kate Gosselin head back to court today, where a judge will determine whether or not contempt proceedings against Jon either of them are necessary.
The last time the two reality parents were in court, the judge ordered Jon to return the $180,000 he took from the account. Or as Jon likes to think it was only $155,000.
As of today, the $152,000 check Jon magically pulled of his ass has not bounced.
Douchebag's lawyer Mark Heller says Jon is in "complete compliance" and Kate will be the one who's in contempt today after she took out $55,000.
But have no fear, Mark Momjian, Kate's lawyer that's allowed to practice in Pennsylvania unlike someone we know, says Kate has itemized how she spent that money and has turned in the paperwork before the deadline.
We're sure Jon and his lawyer will be speaking to the media right after meeting with the judge.

Why can Kate remove money and not Jon - he earned half that 2 million salary last year - he barely took out a pittance compared to what he should have earned. And Kate already removed over $200 K earlier this year - Jon did not go public with that - and the court ordered her to return it. Which she did reluctantly, with the exception of the $55K which she has spent now. She started the little money grab, not him.
Jon's lawyer is the sleaziest skeez on two feet.
Actually leo32, Jon only earned 1/10 of the family income last year. Remember those 8 other little mouths, the ones that need to be fed and are currently NOT shouting out to the media? So sad for the kids. Yea right she itemized how she spent the money. Anyone can do that. It is only fair she show's receits if she used the money for household bills as she claim's there should be receipts even if she paid in cash. She is dragging her feet. Jon complied now it is her turn that is only fair. She took a lot of vacation's so my guess is she can't account for all the money but yet Perez you think Jon is the asswhole.
