Michael's Dermatologist Went Injection Insane!
Maybe these are what he's suing for!
It seems that Michael Jackson's self-described good friend and dermatologist, Dr. Arnold Klein is even shadier AND dumber than we thought!
According to medical documents, Michael received 11 "I.M. injections" in 3 days - a billing code commonly used for the narcotic Demerol.
Most of the procedures the singer had done were standard (i.e. acne treatments, lip treatments, Botox), but "I.M. injections" appears consistently on his bills. And sometimes several times a day!
During one particular visit on April 25th, Michael received three "I.M. Injections" at $60 each and then received 4 more just two days later to accompany the smallest possible dose of the wrinkle-filler, Restylane.
Klein billed his "friend" $7,500 for the weekend visit and in three months, Jackson racked up $48,522.89.

Dr. Klein is in NOT under any investigation for wrong-doing. The drugs he used DID NOT cause MJ's death. I love MJ and his music, but you are being slanderous and getting people worked up and hateful for nothing more than gossip and speculation.
Also, the man was bleaching his entire body!! He wasn't treating just his face, but every inch of skin. This could easily account for the high number of injections.
"IM" Is for inner muscle it doesn't mean demerol. Its the term used when you get a shot of anything anywhere in your body that isn't a vein! Botox would be IM, Restylane would be IM as well. Im is "how" you give it, not "what" you give.
I don't understand some of these doctors. Do they think their actions are untraceable and that they'll never be found out?!
IM injection stands for intramuscular …. the shot goes in his muscle. Thats all. Nothing scandalous about the symbol "IM"

That's way too sad! 3 months for almost 50K. Must have been too easy of money for him. I blame Michael's parents for his life leading up to this. He didn't trust his father in his life cuz of his childhood but trusted people like this Dr. Douche that just wanted to sucker his money out of him.

I do medical billing and insurance co pay like shit for injections. Also they do not cover restylane, or any other cosmetic filler. I do believe a person could get botox injections in arm pits for sweat control. Yes, some folks use botox for that. However botox for wrinkles is a cash case only. Injextions like kenalog for carpal tunnel or ganglions are covered by ins. co.'s. A dr, can charge 60 bucks per injection, but the insurance only pays like $1.60 per shot. It's a damn rip off. So really Dr. Klein isn't that crazy. It's interesting if he's trying to bill stuff like restylane to an ins. co. Wonder what cpt code he's use?

Perez, you really need to check your facts before you post things that make you look like an idiot. IM means intramuscular. It's most certainly not a billing code for Demerol. Who the fuck told you that? Sure, it could be something shady, but it also could be as benign as vitamin B6 shots.

It would be injected intravenously .– also billing codes are never words its a sequence of numbers from a cpt book. I just feel the need to explain that IM stands for intra muscular. It is a type of injection that is injected intramuscularly. Some injections are done subcutaneously, while you can also have intravenous lines where solutions or medications are delivered directly into your veins. IM injections aren't usually the first route of administration preferred for most drugs, but absorption is fast with this method.
He will be on Larry King once again with his criminal and civil lawyers soon enough.
