It's pretty sweet when you can say Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have got your back!
The power couple showed up in West Hollywood on Tuesday night to show their support for author Nicholas Kristof and his new book, Half the Sky.
Nicholas is a fellow do-gooder and a Pulitzer Prize-winning New York Times journalist, who often writes about the struggles and strife in the world. His new book explores the subject of opressed women in Asia and Africa and how these woman can be help.
That's the kind of thing Saint Angie lives for!

Other celebs who are trying to give back. I especially appreciate Brads work in N.O. in building houses in the poorest parts of the city where the districts were flooded. The new homes are more hurricane resistant and are green to boot. I appreciate the international work his wife is doing but working on problems here at home is equally, if not more important.
