If that isn't a side affect of Hepatitis (and I hope it isn't, no one deserves that), I'd wager it's a baby and not a food baby because it doesn't look squishy enough. Pam's 42, it's not undeard of for a 42 year old woman to have a baby, they're usually still fertile. If it is a baby, I wish her the best.

No, I found pictures of her back in March 2009. I don't think she's pregnant. I think she's just 42 and her hormones are shifting where she carries weight. If she were pregnant back in march, she'd be due by now — because the pictures look exactly the same.

She was just in a photo shoot last week in her Bay Watch swim suit. What did they do wrap her stomach in plastic or something so it wouldn't stick out? It was in a magazine about how she can still fit in that suit and it showed her in the suit at some event she was at. So therefore it couldn't have been a touch-up photo because she was in it at this event. Amazing the difference she look's in just one week…

If we are lucky we all age…she doesn't look bad at all. She doesn't look pregnant either, it's a tight dress and maybe she had a few drinks/dinner, etc. She's not 22, she's 42 and I'm sure it's the angle of the camera as it adds 10lbs to you and also the fact that she is older (not old, but older) and maybe her disease causes this.
