Joe Jackson: Foot Meet Mouth!
Seriously, someone needs to tell Joe Jackson to shut up!
The 80-year-old fame/money whore keeps blabbing about everything and anything at the most inappropriate times.
Now, the elder Jackson has gone on TV's Extra to chat about, what else, his son Michael Jackson. According to Joe, Michael's making a bigger impact now since his death back in June. Joe says about his son, "He's worth more dead than when he was alive. I'd rather have him alive."
As for Michael's movie, This Is It, Poppa Jackson admits he wasn't too happy with the film at first but admitted he later liked it since he's getting part of the proceed$ it allowed him to remember Michael.
Adds Joe, "I didn't know what This Is It meant." But it allowed him to remember Michael "as I knew him best: performing and dancing on stage. Entertaining people."
And even now, just hearing Michael's songs still gets Joe very emotional, as he adds that "when I'm off to myself and I start thinking about things that we went through. No one will ever see me, though."
Poppa Jackson even has some choice words for Michael's doctor, Conrad Murray, who's currently under a manslaughter investigation. According to Joe, if he ever sees Murry he'll "knock him out."
Joe, if you were this worried about Michael when he was alive, why didn't you step in sooner or check up on him?
Just askin'.

Many folks would like to give "Dr" Murry a pop in the mouth for listening to unreasonable patient requests and after fulfilling these inappropriate patient requests, failing to monitor his patient properly on a drug meant only for hospital/clinic administration.

Actually Perez I read all over the internet that the Jackson's staged two interventions for MJ. They also reported that he had instructed his people to not let his family come to his home; he also wouldn't take their phone calls. No one can save anybody from drug/alcohol abuse; they have to save themselves. Shame on you for laying that guilt trip on an old man. His son's death was in no way Joe's fault!

That's the one thing you can give Joe and Katherine credit for, never mind your opinions on them as parents. Their children were "brought up" and not "dragged up". Michael was indeed a gentleman.
I saw part of that interview, and he was receiving a star next to Michael's somewhere in Las Vegas, and what he said was "the star is cool, but I'd rather have my son alive".
