Man Responsible For Travolta Mistrial Will NOT Face Charges

Picewell Forbes, who publicly announced the acquittal of defendant Pleasant Bridgewater before the deliberation was finished, will not face charges of being in contempt of court.
Senior Justice Anita Allen said to Forbes: "You have been rightly ridiculed locally and internationally. It is my opinion that you have suffered enough."
Lucky break!
We wonder if the Travolta family thinks this decision is fair?

Re: tigrrrlilly – the bahamas sucks. i'm here now. but idiot, you don't get that, the forbes guy got a call from a juror who said, bridgewater is innocent. he thought that the case was finished. he shouted it over a microphone too a crowd. u think someone would do that thinking the case was still ongoing?? it's not his fault. why he faced charges i have no idea. it's the juror who is wrong, but no one is saying anything about the juror. this country is filled with stupid, backward ppl. many foreigner i've met have laughed at this country.
Faith is a flower that has grown. YOU can't know what the Travoltas went through as they agonized over a multi-tude of medical decisions; knowing full well the world would KNOW only what the media put out. Are you all too young to remember THALIDOMIDE?? Do not criticize another man's journey until you have asked for his own opinion of how he got there. The Travoltas deserve privacy, dignity and peace. I am thankful they have good supports in their faith while uncaring and uneducated people take liberties that God might not smile upon. IF you are trashing Scientology: what are you journeying WITH?? My prayers for hope and understanding go to a brave and devoted couple. NOT all medical procedures are tried and tested enough to be used on children with compromised systems. I think that the Travoltas actualy knew that when they made THEIR decision for THEIR son that they loved so, very, very much.
