Uh, oh!
Miley Cyrus' alleged stalker will NOT face attempted stalking charges after a jury ruled there wasn't enough evidence!
We bet Miley would beg to differ!
Mark McLeod, 53, was arrested twice over the summer when Miley was filming The Last Song in Georgia. Not only did he make "inappropriate comments" to some of Miley's fans, but he also claimed that he was engaged to Miley who sent him "secret messages" on Hannah Montana.
He was considered "a danger" to Miley by a judge as McLeod was facing counts of attempted stalking, obstruction of a police officer and disturbing the peace.
But the grand jury at the Chatham County State Court had the final say and they agreed they couldn't indict him because of the lack of evidence.
Hopefully he doesn't cause any more problems, for Miley's sake!

She's getting the attention her parents created her to get….she's being misguided by her 'rents and Disney…I wouldn't be surprised if something happened…but hopefully the stalker won't go after her sister or something if he can't get close to Miley. People are just sick. The Cyrus' have to be accountable for what they have created…the "business machine" that is their daughter is now getting more than they all ever asked for.

I would like Miley to know that she is being protected by the love of Jesus. I read in the bible that Jesus would protect innocent children so I am assuming this is still correct today in 2009. I am praying that the loving energy that cares for all of us in our times of desperation sends a flock of seagulls to shit on this man every time he attempts to walk out of him home. That way; everyone will know who he is and won't let him near any other young, vulnerable women. Same goes for any mode of transportation he chooses to use. Your looney tune cheesmeister sista' has designated seagulls to protect you darling. Fear not; he will be a gently marked man should he attempt to expose his face to justice again. Next time; he should realize that the Handmaidens Tale truly gives credit properly. The tale is the middle. In response to the person, speaking of God and Jesus. You need to read the bible before you go putting your opinion out their for everyone to read. Miley is 16 years old, a young adult in training. In the bible, it states that all children over the age of 8 be held accountable. That is the age of accountability. I don't agree with what the Cyrus's have done to her, and as I've stated before, her daddy, needs a talking too, and someone investigating him and asking his reasons why he see's no wrong in pimping his child. But she is 16. If at any time, she wasn't happy with her way of life, instead of show'in off her booty, and possibly other things, she would be seeking out an adult or agency who could get her out of the industry, if that is what she wanted.

Ms Dashira: I highly doubt that you've read what you've said you've read as far as the bible is concerned. Anyone with the kind of anger that you have, is not at all reading the bible, or she would find herself a much better person. The age of accountability is the truth, whether it was written, before the birth of Christ or after, or even before and after his death. The Mormon Bible, states it very clearly, and was printed in the 1800 hundreds. It was meant to speak to the people of this generation, of this lifetime. That makes it less than 200 years old. I am of Mormon faith, and at the Church in which I go to. The people are kind, and understanding, and extremely intelligent, as well as intuitive. They are the best people to know on this great globe, created by God. Perhaps you need to put down what it is you have been reading, and read what is written there. There is no way that your in authority to speak on the subject. YOu have too much hate inside of you.
