A dedicated crew, setting sail on a 12-month medical relief voyage this Winter to the coast of Central America and the eastern Pacific aboard their 76′ sailboat, the Southern Wind.
In each country, Dr. LaBrot and the crew will use a unique combination of traditional medicine and cutting-edge technology to provide preventative medicine and health education to over 15,000 patients, as well as coordinating a network of visiting physicians and medical students from around the world."

Would make a good reality show. Whoever treates the most neeedy patients gets their own cosmetic surgery practice when they get back.

Hate to be negative on this one, but it sounds like a bunch of rich white medical professionals trying to get a tax writeoff.
