Paris Hilton supposedly threw a massive party around 4 a.m. Friday morning, but by the time the police responded to the noise complaints an hour later, it was as if there was no party at all. Her Hollywood Hills home was quiet.
Paris is a repeat offender when it comes to throwing noisy soirees. The police reportedly stopped by twice back in May after multiple complaints.
Parties at 4 in the morning isn't very neighborly behavior… unless you invite them over.

Lord, for all of you who think that people are jealous and call police about the noise need to grow up or need to get a job and see what the real world is like. She is being a jerk to her neighbors. Okay, she does not need to get up early, but maybe, JUST MAYBE, her neighbors consist of people who actually have to work in the morning? Have an elderly, sickly parent who cant take being up all night? Has a newborn who wakes up at everything? Neighborhoods have ordinances at what time to lower the noise. She could have gone around and told the neighbors and made friends first.
