Anna Nicole Drug Case Going To Trial!

After weeks of disturbing testimony unveiled during the preliminary hearing, a judge has ruled that Howard K. Stern, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor and Dr. Khristine Eroshevich will stand trial for the death of Anna Nicole Smith.

The defendants, who will be facing 23 total felonies, are due back on court on December 11th.

There used to be a video on YouTube that has been removed. Anna is pregnant and spending the afternoon with a friends young (10 year old?) daughter. They're having fun until Howard has Anna take some pills. (It DID NOT look like she asked for pills) Soon after, Anna starts acting like a baby doll is her unborn child, and the little girl begs Horward to get Anna to a doctor because somethings WRONG! Instead Howard keeps taping it saying they'll make money from the film. HOWARD IS SCUM!!! I hope he rots in jail!

Portions of the tape are still on Youtube, but not the first part when Howard brings her pills. I think she was happy to take the pills, but didn't ask for them. Do you remember when Daniel died in her hospital room? There was rumor that she said "You killed him!" to Howard. He also lied about being her baby's father. I heard that Daniel went to a PI because he thought that Stern was keeping Anna drugged to control her (and her money) Good thing I'm not the judge, because I don't trust Howard Stern.

Prayers are in my heart for the beautiful memories that Anna has left us with to be kept separate from this terrible tale that describes her last years and tragic death. She was bright and funny before the "zoo-landed" in her home. Not unlike Marilyn, this poor woman was paraded out by all sorts of heinious characters wanting her "youthful" beauty to promote their own egos. And; they drugged her to keep her minding her "manners." Sad but so very, very common in our world today. Let this be a warning to the people and doctors who try to use another's gifts for their own purposes. Let true sentences be set out for the horrendous crimes that were committed against Anna and her beloved children. Justice for Anna.

My prayers and deepest thoughts of respect go to Anna's loved ones still here,

23 felonies…..and that's a conservative estimate! Who in their right mind would risk going to prison so they could continue to be a hangers-on around Anna Nicole Smith? It's insane that Howard and these doctors would gamble with the life of their friend/client just to keep her subdued. I suppose they were thinking that if Anna's estate claim against her deceased husband's estate came through then they might ride the wave of a financial windfall….but after all the trials and appeals and remands and on and on, that claim is dying in the 9th circuit and looks to be finally coming to an end (mercifully). Recap: this band of characters 1 friend/ client who passed away at a young age, they have ZERO prospect of sharing any part of some multi-million dollar settlement/award and they are staring at the business end of some big time criminal charges. Looking GRIM!

He is one of the creepiest people I have ever met. Watching this come to light wasn't surprising, but it still is a little shocking. You don't think people are capable of these things, or at least you hope really hard that they're not.
