15-year-old actress Dakota Fanning was crowned Homecoming Princess at her high school's away game this weekend in Encino, California.

A member of the Viking cheer squad at Campbell Hall Episcopal in North Hollywood, Dakota was all smiles as she accepted her crown.

It's pretty cool that she can be a successful Hollywood actress AND just a normal high school girl. How refreshing!

First off, I LOVE Dakota's acting. And just because she's not completely unearthly like other movie stars, doesn't mean she's ugly. She looks, well, normal.
