After the Swiss government denied an offer on Friday, Herve Temime the rapist's lawyer, told French-info radio on Sunday that another bail offer will be put on the table. But this time the offer will include ca$$$h and probably a lot of it!
Bribing your way out of jail? Do they really think that'll work? He's already been deemed a high flight risk!
Hopefully the Swiss don't take the bait! Keep his ass in jail!

I am not defending him, he did very bad things but I am asking where the girl's parent were? Did they know what it was going on (drugs and alcohol in the house)? Why did they send their daughter to a home with adults only??

Ok Perez. If you had been sodomized at 13 years old, would you prefer to receive 5 millons dollars as the victim or that the criminal goes to jail (assuming you can't have both, which to me would be unfair, because criminals usually don't have the 5 millions to give)?
